Another year, another year older. I am still alive, doing well and am turning 88 at the end of this year. I started this year spending the first two months on South Padre Island, Texas. I flue home and I think I caught COVID flue on the plane and was sick with pneumonia during April. I am much better now. I intend on going to South Padre Island again this year. David, Cindy and Paul are going to drive me to Texas to allow me to have a car while in Texas.

I tried to exercise this summer as much as possible by going over to different parks in Blair and walking on their paths. Walking takes more effort each year and I now use a cane.

My two sons (David and Stephen) are able to work at home online. David works one day at work every two weeks and the rest at home. Stehpen works three days at work and two days at home each week. David at Blair, NE and Stephen at Brookfield, IL.

My son Stephen, daughter-in-law Kelly and my Grandchildren Zachary and Anna are in the Brookfield and Chicago, Illinois area. Granddaughter Anna is Sophomore at Augustana College at Rock Island, IL. Grandson Zachary is starting back to college by taking some teaching classes. Kelly continues to be in charge of preschools for the City of Brookfield IL.

Martha is a Freshman in college named ACHS, a very good student and majoring in the field of a nutrition. Kathryn is a Senior in high school, a very good student and making plans to go to college in the field of Veterinary Science. Paul just turned 15 last month, is a Freshman in high school and is the tallest one of my grandchildren.

David and Cindy were hit by a bad, big Tornado and a hailstorm a week later this spring. Most of the repairs are done but a few still remain.
