St Paul's Cathedral in London has the statue of General Sir Thomas Picton and his burial place in the crypt. In the crypt you see Lord Nelson's tomb, then Wellington's then take a few steps, go up about 3 steps and the first slab to the left is where Sir Thomas Picton is buried. I was told that he is the only Welshman buried in St Paul's Cathedral.

Legend has it that at the Battle of Waterloo, the luggage for General Sir Thomas Picton had not arrived in time, so he had fought the battle wearing civilian clothes and his top hat.
